Ontario Systems® Automated Collection and Predictive Dialing Technologies
MedCore recovery specialists currently use both FACS® and “Guaranteed Contacts” (GC Dialer®) from Ontario Systems. Widely acknowledged as the industry standard, we believe they are the finest collections technology tools on the market today. FACS is a state-of-the-art accounts receivable software management system that fully automates the collections process from the loading of account information to generating letters and follow-up sequences. The system is paperless which promotes organization and increases productivity for all users, thus increasing the number of follow-up contacts made on a daily basis. The specific tools utilized in FACS are: Predictive Dialing, Guaranteed Contacts, Call Blending, Voice Track, Interactive Voice Response (IVR) System, Skip Tracing, Accurint®, Recover Score and Supervisor Monitor.
MedCore Standard and Customized Reporting
With more than 100 standard client reports, chances are MedCore has the report to meet your specific needs; however, if that’s not the case, our information systems personnel will gladly prepare a report to your specifications. Furthermore, our collection attempts may also be customtailored, according to your financial policies, with recovery activities monitored systemically and reports generated automatically.

Information Security and Privacy
At MedCore, we take the safety and confidentiality of your information very seriously. As an outsourced partner, we understand that it’s even more paramount to carefully control access to our clients’ data. As such, our encryption methodology requires two levels of authentication. We are currently encryption-certified under Claredi® and VeriSign®, and employ Zix Mail® and Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) encryption tools. MedCore and our parent company, SSI, were at the forefront of HIPAA preparedness. In fact, both companies continue to work diligently to adhere to HIPAA guidelines. Our HIPAA Task Force meets routinely to discuss, plan, implement, measure and amend our internal HIPAA compliance. Every Business Services division employee has been trained and tested on HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations and will continue to be promptly trained and tested as changes are made to these regulations. At a minimum, each employee receives an annual update and test on HIPAA issues. All Protected Health Information (PHI) received in hard-copy format is disposed in containers under lock and key and then destroyed, not simply thrown away.
All PHI received from our customers in electronic format is protected with two levels of password security and made available only to authorized Business Services employees. Finally, our staff faithfully adheres to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and is knowledgeable of the Red Flag program. Guidelines are put in place to prevent identity theft and we can assist clients in these efforts if anyone identifies erroneous information.
